The objectives of this training include:
To define and describe the types of grief and loss as well as stages,
To identify the impact on the dimensions on self and ways of
coping, To describe methods of intervention and treatment,
To learn methods of self-care in response to loss.
Recognize the causes and mitigating factors involved in anxiety.
Distinguish the identifying characteristics of anxiety as provided in the DSM-5.
Orient to assessment tools for determining how to treat anxiety.
Review evidence-based treatment options for working with clients with anxiety.
