At CrossWinds, you will meet with a therapist that will talk with you about the issues that you are facing and help you identify the goals you would like to reach through therapy. Our therapists are trained to teach you new problem-solving and coping skills that will help you manage the circumstances of everyday life.

Benefits include:

  • Create a plan with personal goals
  • Identify your stressors and triggers
  • Use the tools you learn to better manage your mental wellness

Client-centered supports

In counseling, a trained counselor will work collaboratively with you in a variety of evidence-based practices like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to empower you to enjoy every day, improve your quality of life, and meet personal goals.

CrossWinds provides a comprehensive range of community support services aimed at empowering individuals through supports like case management for individuals needing tailored, ongoing assistance.

Specialized Support Programs:

IPS (Individualized Placement and Support): Focused on helping individuals gain and maintain employment and achieve educational goals.

ACT (Assertive Community Treatment): Offers a team-based approach to provide housing, crisis support, and other essential services.

These programs are designed to address employment, education, housing, and crisis needs holistically, ensuring a supportive and individualized pathway for those served.
