In individual counseling, a trained counselor will work collaboratively with you in a variety of evidence-based practices to empower the you to enjoy every day, improve your quality of life, and meet personal goals. It takes place in a safe, caring, confidential, and multiculturally-sensitive environment, and aims to determine a course of treatment consistent with your needs.
